Great info on recognizing the symptoms of anxiety!! Some things that can be done to relieve these feelings:

1) Take a deep breath
2) Use essential oils: Frankincense, Stress Away, Release, & Abundance are some of my faves (and brand matters in essential oil selection!)
3) Breath Prayers – speaking out loud or thinking repeatedly Scriptures such as “Be still and know that I am God.” “God is fighting my battle for me.” And “God’s love for me endures forever.”
4) Modify your diet to reduce inflammation
5) Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day

When Your Heart is Crushed

When your whole world feels like it is crashing in. When it feels like there is a darkness swallowing you up. When it feels like hope is a far off, intangible, elusive, figure of someone else’s imagination. When it feels like chasing after hope is a futile waste of energy. When you can’t even imagine exerting the energy to chase after hope. When your heart hurts so much it feels like it is caving in. When you don’t know how to face the next hour, let alone the next day, week, or year.
