Great info on recognizing the symptoms of anxiety!! Some things that can be done to relieve these feelings:

1) Take a deep breath
2) Use essential oils: Frankincense, Stress Away, Release, & Abundance are some of my faves (and brand matters in essential oil selection!)
3) Breath Prayers – speaking out loud or thinking repeatedly Scriptures such as “Be still and know that I am God.” “God is fighting my battle for me.” And “God’s love for me endures forever.”
4) Modify your diet to reduce inflammation
5) Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day
